Often, there is a very good reason why we are angry. Uncontrolled anger can be unhelpful or destructive and this can be a sign that you need some support.

Being upset and crying are normal emotions we all go through from time to time. If these feelings are overwhelming please reach out for support.

Serving a Merseyside population of over 150,000 children and young people. YPAS delivers a wide range of wellbeing and therapeutic services for children, and young people aged 5 to 25 years old and their parents and families. Our citywide services consist of individual support and open access groups. They are delivered from: three community hubs, primary schools, secondary schools and GP practices and other community education settings.
