Yes.
No, the PCL service is an assessment for mild to moderate mental health, however, following an assessment our practitioners can refer to counseling if required.
The service can be offered in GP surgeries and YPAS community hubs based in North, South, and Central Liverpool. A GP or another Primary Care health professional can refer you.

YPAS delivers a wide range of wellbeing and therapeutic services for children and young people aged 5 to 25 years old and parents/families. Our citywide services consist of individual support and open-access groups. They are delivered from 3 community hubs, primary schools, secondary schools, GP practices, and other community education settings
