What is Seedlings?
Seedlings is a Therapeutic service delivered in commissioning Liverpool Primary Schools.
Our practitioners provide a wide range of Integrative therapeutic interventions to help Children & Young People improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Our team offers Play and Creative based Therapies to Children & Young People aged 5-11.
How will this service help me?
We work with children to explore and process troubling feelings and develop confidence in expressing themselves. Sometimes when children are growing up, changes at home or school can be difficult to deal with.
The Seedlings team supports children’s emotional needs, allowing them to develop and grow. Difficult feelings can affect relationships with important people in our lives, when these feelings are expressed in therapy they become easier to understand and make sense of.
How do I make a referral?
If you are a parent/carer, please speak with the School’s SENCO/Mental Health Lead about referring the child onto their Seedlings waiting list or seeing what support can be offered to the child in school. Referrals must be made by the School’s SENCO/Mental Health Lead.
If you are a SENCO/Mental Health Lead in a Liverpool Primary School that commissions our Seedlings service, please use our online referral form.
