What is Talking Teens?
The Talking Teens programme is a 4 week programme for parents/ carers of teenagers which aims to increase parents’ understanding of teenager’s feelings and behaviour, whilst delivering key strategies for maintaining and improving relationships.
About Talking Teens
This programme focuses on relationships within the family, communication, negotiating, decision-making and strategies to reduce conflict. This programme is for:
- Aged 11-17 years (up to 18th Birthday)
- Suitable for young people who are neurotypical and neurodiverse
When does the course take place?
- Sessions run every 4 weeks
