What is Chat ‘n’ Chill?
The Chat ‘n’ Chill sessions provide parents and carers with an interactive safe space where they can relax, socialise and have an opportunity to talk with a parenting practitioner as well as other parents and carers, engage in activities and receive practical advice and support.
These sessions are often themed and can include guest speakers from other services. We encourage participation and feedback from attendees of the Chat ‘n’ Chill sessions to inform themes for each monthly session which have included themes such as children and young people’s mental health, parental mental health, neurodiversity, online safety, transition support and managing conflict within relationships.
Referral Criteria:
The Chat ‘n’ Chill (Parent Peer Support Group) is appropriate for all parents and carers of children and young people
How do I refer?
This is an open-access group; you do not need a referral to access these sessions
