YPAS is supporting the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) campaign about young people’s experiences of therapy and mental health.
BACP would like to hear from people aged 18 to 25 who have had a positive or meaningful experience of therapy or counselling and might be open to sharing their story. Your experience could help another young person feel more comfortable seeking support.
Taking part could involve speaking to a journalist, sharing a quote for campaign materials or appearing on BACP’s website or social channels.
BACP will discuss any opportunities with you first, so you can decide what you feel comfortable sharing.
Interested, or just want to find out more? Email [email protected] with your name, age and a brief outline of your experience.
They will treat your story sensitively, and getting in touch does not commit you to taking part.
