If we cannot help you, we can hopefully refer you to another agency who can give you more specific advice. If we need to liaise with outside agencies on your behalf your permission will always be requested.
You can make an appointment with one of our staff by calling in or giving us a ring. Sometimes you may be able to access advice by telephoning or calling in to the drop-in, if appropriate staff members are available.
We all need support through difficult times in our lives YPAS aims to provide a non-judgmental environment which could make all the difference.
We provide informal support within the drop-in, and in some cases we can offer more formal support such as advocacy work.
