Nurturing programmes

The Nurturing Parenting Programme:

Children are rewarding, stimulating and fun but looking after them can be stressful and challenging.

The Nurturing Programme helps deal with those challenges so you have a calmer, happier family life.

The programme is aimed at parents with a child or children aged between 4-12 years.

The course is delivered across 10 x 2 hr sessions with tea and coffee breaks. The groups are co-facilitated by 2 group leaders and hold up to 10 parents.

The programme is designed to explore lots of different topics aimed at helping you  understand why children behave as they do, recognising the feelings behind the behaviours, exploring different approaches to discipline, and the importance of looking after yourself.
