The Young Person’s Advisory Service (YPAS) is a Liverpool charity that provides a wide range of support and therapeutic interventions to address the mental health and emotional well-being of children (aged 5-15), young people (16-25) and their families.

This is part of the national CAMHS workforce development programme. Liverpool have been allocated 6 places. The posts will be employed by Alder Hey but deployed working in YPAS across the 3 locality hubs.
Interviews will take place between 29th March and 4th April. The Alder Hey recruitment team will then take over in terms off offer letters, DBS checks, contracts etc. Successful applicants will need to be in post by Monday 5th June. The course starts on 12th June and will consist of 45 days training throughout the year and work based learning. Trainees will be supervised by CBT trained clinical supervisors weekly.
