CAMHS Passport:

YPAS forms part of a CAMHS partnership which consists of various organisations:

Including receiving support from YPAS, some young people will receive support from one of our partnership services above when this happens, it is sometimes useful for your workers from both services to ‘TALK’ to each other (with your consent).

Other services:

If you are receiving support from a service that isn’t within our CAMHS partnership and if it’s helpful to your needs we are happy to TALK / WORK with them too (with your consent).

Confidentiality:

Receiving a service at YPAS is confidential and we will respect that as much as possible. However, if we feel that you or someone else may be at risk of harm, we may need to contact someone to ensure your/their safety.

Your rights - while receiving a service at ypas:

  • To be treated with respect
  • To see any information that is kept about you
  • To be informed what we can give you
  • To be included in decisions made about you
  • To decide what service is right for you
  • To complain if you are unhappy about something
  • To receive advice about how to make a complaint

Your rights - while taking part in a group:

  • To be treated with respect by workers and group members
  • To see any information that is kept about you
  • To be informed about what we can offer you
  • To use our complaints procedure if you are unhappy about something
