Become a Trustee

YPAS's trustees play a crucial role in the governance and strategic development of the charity and are key to running YPAS and delivering it's services well. Trustee's are responsible for overseeing the "systems and processes concerned with ensuring the overall direction, effectiveness, supervision and accountability".


The trustees are responsible for ensuring that the charity is well governed and complies with government legislation, e.g., Charity Law, Company Law and Employment Law.

Suitable applicants should have a commitment and an interest in improving the lives of young people. Note: this role is not suitable for a short term work placement or apprenticeship.
