Your views are very important to us at YPAS.

We need to make sure that your experiences of the services you receive meet your needs and expectations. This section is aimed at keeping you updated on the actions we have taken in response to your feedback.

YPAS needs a new reception area
We raised money through the Transition Fund and Transformation Fund to build a new reception area. The official opening will be in December 2011
The lighting outside the building is very poor, especially in winter
We installed new lighting around the outside of the building
The outside of the building looks dirty and shabby
We painted the outside of the building in a colour chosen by you
The ground floor carpet is worn and looks dirty
We fitted new flooring on the ground floor and main staircase
We would like more trips and residentials
We are fundraising for more activities but due to citywide funding cuts this is difficult. We will keep trying and keep you updated
The computers in the IT suites are old and slow
We have replaced all the computers in the IT suites
We want longer opening times including weekends
We are fundraising to employ more staff to extend our services. This is also difficult due to citywide funding cuts. We have begun to recruit extra volunteers to help us. We will keep you updated.
